Born on May 10, 1952 in Łódź. Studies in 1971-1976 at the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Wł. Strzemiński State Higher School of Visual Arts in Łódź (currently the Academy of Fine Arts). Diploma with distinction in the workshop of a tapestry and rug conducted by prof. Antoni Starczewski.
Designing and realisation of artistic fabrics, jacquard fabrics, tapestries. Works in the collection of the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, the National Museum in Poznań and private collections in Poland and abroad.
In the years 1976-2014 a faculty stuff at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, a professor since 2004. In 2005-2012, the dean of the Faculty of Textiles and Clothing of the Academy of Fine Arts. Since 2014 professor at the Institute of Architecture of Textiles of the Lodz University of Technology.
Two-time participation in the International Triennial of Tapestry in Łódź and in most national exhibitions of woven textiles and miniatures. About 30 individual exhibitions, participation in about 100 collective exhibitions. Juror at exhibitions of artistic textiles and commissioner of exhibitions and international fabric symposia several times.
Works carried out using typical weaving techniques- tapestry, jacquard, computer jacquard. At the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, she conducted classes at the decorative fabric studio, the studio of the basics of computer design, and weaving theories.
At the Lodz University of Technology, she conducts classes in the basics of the composition, architectural design of textiles, textiles in the organization of utility space. He is the chairwoman of the Faculty Diploma Commission - at the Institute of Architecture of Textiles.
In 2022 she received the silver medal "Gloria Artis"-the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

Distinction in the International Competition- the Artistic Biennial of Linen Fabric - "Z krosna do Krosna".
Participation in the international competition of the weaving miniature - Baltic Mini Textile - Museum of the City of Gdynia.
