Agnieszka Cichocka, Ph.D., D.Sc. in 2002, she obtained a master's degree in engineering at the Lodz University of Technology, specializing in Clothing (1996 - clothing technician). In 2003, she was granted a French government scholarship "THESE en COTUTELLE" - a combined doctorate, at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts et Industries Textiles de Roubaix (ENSAIT) and the University of Science and Technology Lille (UST Lille). In Lille, France, she defended with honors her PhD thesis written in French (2008), obtaining the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences at the UST Lille with a specialization in "Instrumentation and Advanced Analysis". She worked at the ATER research and teaching position at ENSAIT in France (2008-2010). Currently, he works as an Assistant Professor at the Lodz University of Technology, Faculty of Materials Technology and Textile Design (since 2010).
Agnieszka Cichocka, Ph.D., D.Sc. is interested in research topics that take into account the aspects of a new approach to the process of designing clothes in 3D, prototyping and modeling in 3D using CAD system solutions, as well as research related to the concept of matching clothes to its wearer. In addition, he also undertakes work related to the design of new structures of protective clothing made with the use of mineral fibres.
Agnieszka Cichocka, Ph.D., D.Sc. is the co-author of five chapters in English-language monographs, the author or co-author of over 30 scientific publications and conference publications. She is a co-author of a patent and a utility model, a member of PKN KT 24. Supervisor of master's and engineering diploma theses, as well as an assistant supervisor of 2 defended doctoral theses and a doctoral dissertation currently being prepared.
Agnieszka Cichocka, Ph.D., D.Sc. has competences related to the management of scientific and research projects - the "Project Management Associate Level D IMPA" certificate (2010) and the PRINCE2 FOUNDATION certificate (2013) and the Postgraduate Studies "Management of scientific research and commercialization of research results" at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz . Participated in the implementation of several scientific and research projects and didactic projects as a contractor and expert, currently also as a coordinator of a didactic project co-financed by the Ministry of Education and Science.
